As repairs wrap up, there are a few things property owners can expect as part of the final walkthrough:

✓ Check that materials and finishes match what was approved
✓ Test anything that was repaired or replaced (doors, systems, fixtures)
✓ Receive final documentation and warranty details
✓ Discuss any remaining questions or concerns with the project team
