Lane County’s July market showed a bit of a summer shift. Buyer activity eased from June, with fewer homes coming to market and fewer properties going pending, while closed sales held steady. Home prices ticked up from the previous month, but remain slightly below where they were this time last year. Overall, the market continues to move, but buyers are taking their time and sellers are seeing the best results when their homes are positioned well from the start.
