Mindful and holistic design. Providing expert interior design and staging consults, as well as Life Coaching services.
Adjustments were made during Covid: Skype or Zoom, and of course phone and email are still options. Social distancing practices can still be practiced if needed. Please accept my sincere condolences, if you or your family were/are still affected by health concerns.
Hi. 🙂
I make customized Memory Quilts, Shawls, and other Handcrafted Items, since 2006. Please see me over at Anna and Her Sewing Machine.
I’m also a Grief & Transition Coach, and future Art Therapist.
I used to do hands-on interior design and staging. I still do Consultations: interior re-design, staging, paint colors, furnishings, carpet, etc.
Some of the techniques I use in group and individual sessions are: Paint From Your Soul, Heartwork Journaling, Soul Collage, Color Energy Meditation, and Dream Tending, etc.
I will be adding Retreats at a future time.
Please see my website for more details and information.
Thank you kindly,
Anna

It's been awhile since my last post, but hip surgery and a busy schedule working on my memory quilts along with a wooden boat renovation, has filled the days. But, I wanted to wish Floridians and others in regions affected by the hurricanes, the best. We are grateful for family and friends in the area who have made it through. I can only wish it was better for so many others. You are in our thoughts and prayers. 🙏💜🙏
