Apartment Mythbuster.

“Water and sewer included.” Sounds fancy. In Fall River, it’s usually just how the building works.

One meter for the whole place. Landlord pays. You only pay it when the unit is separately metered.

We say it because we have to disclose it.

And hot water is not the same as water. The heat (electric, gas, oil, propane) is often on the tenant. This one includes hot water too.

Comment below if I’m wrong.

Who still gets a real dining room in a Fall River rental?

This 3-bedroom on Hall Street is two of the other apartments combined. Whole third floor. Hardwood, fresh paint, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a living room far enough away that dinner and the TV don't fight.

Right off South Main. Showing link is in the pinned comment.
