New master bed and bath reveal!
Our client wanted to update and upgrade their master bedroom and master bathroom in their Fallbrook home. The Youngren Construction team helped with the new design and layout, then got to work!

After removing some unwanted drywall shelving near the ceiling, the bathroom had a much more open and spacious feel.

Features include:
-A cast iron standalone tub
-Floor to ceiling herringbone tile
-Pebble flooring in the shower and tub area
-Upgraded vanity and makeup area
-A bidet toilet
-Oversized rain shower head
-New flooring in each room

Now the rooms are open, bright, modern, and have brand new fixtures that will stand the test of time and use.

Congratulations to our team and subcontractors on a job very well done, and we wish our clients many years of comfort and enjoyment in their new space!

This home was provided by Homes For Our Troops, a publicly funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives.

This marks the 41st Homes For Our Troops home built by Youngren Construction! We are proud to continue building for our nation's severely injured Veterans.

Another kitchen masterpiece!
This was an incredible kitchen remodel project in Fallbrook. Our client wanted to maximize their space and add a new pantry for extra storage, while also updating the look and feel of the kitchen and dining room. The large kitchen island has plenty of space for bar seating so guests and owners alike can socialize and relax together.

Project highlights:
-Brand new cabinets (floor to ceiling, with built-in lighting and slide out shelves)
-New stainless steel appliances
-Porcelain slabs for the counters and backsplash
-Polished chrome hood vent
-New tile flooring
-New windows (installed by Youngren Tradeworks)
-New light fixtures and faucets

The pantry has its own sink and w**e fridge, a rolling ladder to reach the floor to ceiling shelves easily, a natural stone tile in a daisy pattern, and even its own window for light, ventilation, and a nice view.

What a special memory for the Wakelings!

The time has come to pour concrete out at the Homes For Our Troops house for Seth Wakeling and his family. Project manager Jonny made sure the family could be there so they could put their handprints out front.

As you can see, the whole family made their impression (AND two of the boys' toys joined in the fun too!). A truck and a dinosaur are now forever commemorated . . .

It’s so special for the family to watch their specially adapted, custom home come to life before their eyes. Thank you to Homes For Our Troops for providing the Wakeling family with this beautiful home in appreciation for Seth’s service and sacrifice to our country.

And thank you to all of our hardworking team members and subcontractors for building this home from the ground up.
