This is a pretty monumental week at The Coal Bunker!
For the first time, Jeff & Taylor are taking a few days off while the restaurant stays OPEN! 🎉
Our amazing staff is stepping up to keep The Bunker running while we’re away, and we couldn’t be more proud—or more thankful for the team we have.
We will have adjusted hours this week:
Tuesday 9/22 4-8pm
Wednesday 9/23 4-8pm
Thursday 9/24 4-8pm
Regular hours will resume Friday ( 9/25) 11am - 9pm
Come by, grab some food, have a b**r, and show our crew some love! They’ve got this. ❤️

Happy birthday to the man who keeps The Coal Bunker moving— Chefrey! 🎉
Whether he’s cooking, prepping, fixing something, helping the staff, or giving back to Fallbrook, he puts his whole heart into everything he does. Always willing to do whatever it takes for the restaurant, our staff, and the Fallbrook community.

🦞 A whole lotta lobster just landed at Coal Bunker!
Garlic butter poached lobster with our lemon remoulade — stuffed into an avocado OR loaded into a toasted roll.

A rare Sunday off calls for one thing: ice cream. 🍦
Fun fact: we’re huge ice cream people. We had the best time at the Scoop San Diego Ice Cream Festival, and tried way too many samples. Now it’s time to get back to the kitchen! 💛
