Commercial HVAC Service — DFW

With the strong winds we’ve had across North Texas recently, now is the time to inspect rooftop HVAC equipment.

On this commercial building we found major wind damage, including:

• access panels blown open
• bent and torn metal panels
• exposed internal components
• damage severe enough to ruin the system

When rooftop equipment is compromised like this, rain, debris, and heat can quickly destroy internal components.

The problem is most property owners never see these issues until the system fails.

Spring is the best time to inspect roofto p units before the Texas summer heat pushes equipment to its limits.

Join other DFW property owners and facility managers who trust Serv Tech Pro to maintain their rooftop units, exhaust fans, and commercial HVAC systems.

Prevent costly failures with routine rooftop inspections and maintenance.

DFW Weather This Week 👀

From 50° to almost 100° by the weekend.

That first big heat wave is when we see systems start failing — especially ones that sat all winter.

If your AC hasn’t been checked yet, now is the time.

Common issues we’re already seeing:
• clogged drain lines
• low refrigerant
• dirty coils & filters
• systems struggling to keep up

Don’t wait until it’s 98° outside and the house won’t cool.

Serv Tech Pro provides residential & commercial HVAC service across DFW.
