We provided a complete dispensing solution built around the Graco Electric Variable Ratio (EVR) system. The EVR is an electric meter, mix, and dispense platform designed for the delivery of two-component sealants and adhesives. Its continuous flow and variable ratio capabilities allow applications to maintain consistent bead profiles while giving operators greater control over material usage and dispensing performance.

This week, our team turned an overcast day into a bright one.

We donated our demo truck to Kids Coalition Against Hunger , a nonprofit fighting childhood hunger here at home and around the world. Once it's modified, repainted, and rebranded, the truck will join their fleet as another mobile food delivery vehicle — getting meals to the families and communities who need them most.

Rain or shine, this is what showing up looks like. It's also what our Heart to Care value means to us in practice, not just on paper.

Labor Day gave our teams across Evolution Motion Solutions a chance to pause and celebrate together, each location marking the holiday in its own way.

As customer expectations evolve, machine technology must evolve with them.

A concrete mixer manufacturer needed a better control solution for its front-loading concrete mixers after its previous system failed to meet operator expectations for performance, consistency, and usability. The challenge required more than a simple controls upgrade—it called for a smarter, future-ready hydraulic system.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Evolution partnered closely with the company and Bosch Rexroth to engineer a new hydrostatic drum drive solution using a variable-displacement pump and a variable-bent-axis motor with custom settings tailored specifically to the mixers. Rexroth’s FADI simulation software helped validate the design quickly and reduce development guesswork, allowing the teams to move efficiently from concept to prototype.

𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆
By combining the manufacturer’s machine expertise with Evolution’s hydraulic controls knowledge and Rexroth’s software and mobile machinery capabilities, the team delivered a solution that not only solved the immediate challenge but improved operator experience and helped future-proof the machine platform.

Our Farmers Branch, Texas warehouse is being rebuilt around a new way of storing and picking product. The current setup, blue totes on conventional racking, is being replaced with Geek+'s Tote-to-Person RobotShuttle system. RS robots will retrieve totes from high-density storage and hand them off to P40 robots, which carry them the rest of the way to an operator at a picking station. Once complete, the system is designed to deliver 5x the storage density of conventional racking, pick rates up to 500 totes per hour per station, and 99.98% accuracy, with a projected ROI within two years. Right now, racking is going up and shuttle units are staged and ready. We'll share an update once the system is fully operational.
