We recently had a little farewell gathering for Linda before she begins her next chapter in Arizona.

After providing services to Linda for nearly four years, every Angel who has had the privilege of assisting her will miss her dearly. Over the years, Linda has become so much more than a client—she has become part of our California family. 🥰

Linda, we are so grateful for the years we have shared with you. Your Angels will miss your smile, your spirit, and all the special memories we’ve made together. We wish you happiness, love, and many wonderful moments in Arizona.

Today, on World Alzheimer’s Day, we’re taking a moment to recognize the millions of individuals and families navigating life with Alzheimer’s.

Behind every statistic is a person with a story, a family finding its way through change, and a caregiver offering patience, compassion, and support along the journey.

At Visiting Angels, we believe caring for someone with Alzheimer’s means seeing the person beyond the diagnosis and making sure families don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

But one of the incredible caregivers at Visiting Angels in Kennewick, WA, had something special planned...a surprise birthday celebration surrounded by friends, familiar faces, and a few of his favorite things!

At 98 years young, Steve’s birthday was a beautiful reminder that caregiving is about so much more than helping with the day-to-day. It’s about getting to know the person, building meaningful relationships, and making space to celebrate the life they’ve lived.

We’re so grateful to be part of these special memories. Happy 98th birthday, Steve! 🎉🎂
