Thank you to Federal Way Public Schools, Todd Beamer High School, and Decatur High School for collaborating with us, awaiting us and, most of all, advocating for community led opportunities for the dynamic students within your institutions.
We had the honor and pleasure of taking Federal Way Public Schools students to our Civic engagement State Capitol tour today to learn about policy, advocacy and how to be part of REAL CHANGE!
We can't focus on the problems within communities without exposing opportunities for solutions. Our mission at Progress Pushers is to guide, educate and empower Black and Brown youth and young adults and those most impacted by societal systems by connecting them to needed skills, mentors and opportunities so they can LIVE IN THEIR GREATNESS!
THE PROGRESS CONTINUES WITH AN ABSOLUTE PURPOSE...

What an incredible week for our communities! ๐๐พ Weโre proud to share that all 300 lockboxes were distributed to community members committed to keeping their homes and loved ones safe.
Each event was filled with great conversations, valuable resources, good food, and even better vibes. We had the opportunity to connect with families, youth, city and county leaders and residents while promoting safe firearm storage and strengthening community relationships.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, volunteered, partnered with us and helped make these events a success. Together, weโre building safer, stronger and more connected communities.
