We preview homes (before you see them) that meet your criteria on paper to make sure they meet your standards in real life! If not, we cross it off the list and save you time and money! We know all of the communities in the South End, the Eastside, including Seattle and love to share our knowledge. If you have questions about schools, parks, commutes, community events, etc., we have you covered! Are you concerned about resale value? We will give you our educated opinion and back it up with historical data. Are you looking for new construction? We have experience and relationships with most of the builders in the area. We will tell you the quality of the builder and if we approve of them. We take negotiating price and terms for our clients very seriously.
