As both the Developer and Construction Manager, Build BW partnered with the City of Marion, IN - Local Government and Marion Indiana Fire Department to deliver a facility designed around the needs of the community.

The end result is a space that helps build a safer Marion - the new Marion Fire Station No. 1.

We're wrapping up construction at the new Tipton Baseball Complex!

The project includes three new baseball fields along with supporting facilities for the players, families, and the community.

Build BW served as the Owner’s Technical Representative (OTR) for the Fishers Event Center, providing technical oversight and coordination throughout the project.

From development through construction, our team helped support the City of Fishers goals for this 202,310-SF, 7,500-capacity venue, now serving as a destination for hockey, concerts, shows, and more.
