This October, our little learners here at The Learning Experience - Fishers are diving into My Emotions and Feelings, a curriculum theme designed to help children better understand what they’re feeling, express themselves, and build the social-emotional skills they’ll use every day. 🌈💬

With Miss Chievous by their side, children will explore the many emotions they experience and discover simple ways to navigate big feelings. ✨

Learning how to understand our feelings is an important part of learning how to care for ourselves, connect with others, and grow with confidence. 💕 We can't wait to see what this month of exploration and discovery brings! 🌱

🍎 Apple Picking Day! 🍎

Apple Picking Day was all about apples, learning, and lots of fun! Our kids enjoyed hands-on activities in their classrooms, exploring, creating, and celebrating everything apple-themed. 🍏🎨📚 And of course, the apples were the stars of the day! 🌟🍎

🎉 Last Friday our teachers got a little surprise from the Culture Crew! 🏓💙

Who knew a few ping pong balls and plastic cups could bring SO much fun?! Teachers put their skills to the test, aiming to score their ping pong ball into a cup—and each cup came with a fun goodie inside! 🎁

A little friendly competition and a whole lot of appreciation for the amazing teachers who make our school special. 💫

🤟💙 Learning to Communicate in ASL!
At The Learning Experience, American Sign Language (ASL) is part of our curriculum, with our friend Gibby Gibbon, we celebrate different ways of communicating and learning! 🐵🤟

It's the International Day of Sign Languages, and our very own Gibby Gibbon is so excited to celebrate! 🥳

Gibby was born deaf and is passionate about teaching our little learners how to communicate with sign language. He teaches us that our differences make us special and encourages us to embrace the abilities of others! 🤟🐵

At TLE, we’re proud to introduce sign language in our Infant classrooms, empowering our littlest learners to communicate their needs before they can speak verbally. Sign language continues throughout our classrooms, supporting language development, reducing frustration, and fostering inclusion as children grow. ❤️
