Resonant Recharge

🖐 it's me. I needed to hear this.

Come get cozy, close your eyes, and let me do the rest.

Monthly Reset returns this Sunday, October 4 at 2 PM at Fortville Memorial Park.

As always, this experience is pay what you can.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Fun fact: most of my Therapeutic VAT tracks are intentionally 23 minutes long.

They’re designed to give the body time to move through its initial stress response and settle into the vibration.

No sound. No headphones. Just targeted, low-frequency vibrations.

Fair question, I do in fact offer a wide array of things.

But when it comes to the Sound Lounge, it really comes down to what you're looking for:
- a place to simply rest and reset
- more intentional, targeted support
- a little bit of everything

Hopefully this helps clear that up.

While completing my coursework in Vibroacoustic Therapy, this frequency stuck out like no other.

To me, 40 Hz felt like a sonic hug while on the table. But the deeper I got into the research, the more it just kept popping up.

The session may happen on the table, but this is what's actually being noticed afterward.

Falling asleep faster. Staying asleep longer. Sleeping deeper. And apparently, some wildly vivid dreams.

I’m paying just as much attention to what happens between sessions as what happens during them.

That’s the latest buzz from the table.

Your prescription: more of the things that make you feel like you.
