Delta Tau Delta Fraternity

Delts from across the country grew big at this year’s COMPASS + Give to Grow in Atlanta! 🚀

Through the program, participants explored how to balance Doing the Work, delivering value in their current roles, with Winning the Work, building relationships and creating future opportunities. By developing both skill sets, our Delts are preparing to lead with purpose, grow professionally and build lasting success.

The first recruitment surge doesn’t have to be the last. ⚡️

Read Ben’s story of faith, family, resilience and a brotherhood that showed up when he needed it most.

Welcome home, brothers-to-be!

Truth. Courage. Faith. Power.
Four words. Countless meanings.

Delta Tau Delta is built on these four values, each carrying a multitude of definitions shaped by the experiences, choices, and actions of every brother. They serve as the foundation for how we live, lead, grow, and pursue a Life of Excellence.

The dictionary may define the words, but we give them meaning.

What do Truth, Courage, Faith, and Power mean to you?

Make your voice heard in our nation’s Capital! 🇺🇸
