Light, refreshing, and perfect for summer, the Hugo Spritz is our featured Drink of the Month. Known for its crisp blend of Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, fresh mint, and soda water, this popular cocktail offers a floral twist on the traditional spritz.

Recipe:
• 5 oz Prosecco
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• Splash of soda water
• Fresh mint leaves
• Lime wheel for garnish

Combine over ice, stir gently, and enjoy!

On Saturday, July 25, join educators from The Rewilding School from 1-2 p.m. at the Ulster Welcome Center in Highland for a hands-on, all-ages workshop where kids will craft with real Hudson River clay while exploring its fascinating history and the evolving relationship between people and the river. Expect to get your hands dirty, spark your creativity, and leave with a deeper connection to our incredible landscape.

Perfect for curious kids, families, and anyone who loves learning by doing. Best for elementary-aged children, but all are welcome! Free to attend.
