Walks with Dogs

After nearly 7 years as a Dog Control Officer in Putnam County, I retired from the field, and officially opened Walks with Dogs, an affordable dog walking and pet sitting service. Dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, chickens, goats, donkeys, fish- I have cared for many and love them all! Leave your dogs home and I'll come visit with them in their space where they are comfortable, or schedule a visit in my home while you're away. I offer a small, quiet, family environment, that we share with our 3 beloved dogs, 3 cats, and 1 tortoise. We offer a limited amount of space for guest dogs, ensuring your dog won't be lost or overwhelmed by too many dogs. With a huge backyard, and daily, lovely long walks down scenic roads, and wooded trails, your dog will fit right into our routine and love it! With my previous 5 years of experience working as a veterinary assistant on the emergency shift, I'm trained in first aid & CPR, and am very comfortable giving medications and injections. Currently offering dog walking/in your home pet sitting services for Kent, Carmel, Mahopac, Stormville and parts of Holmes. Responsible, dependable, fully insured, excellent references available upon request.
