Today marks the autumnal equinox, the exact moment day and night fall into balance before the light shifts toward winter. It's fitting because much of what we do is about that kind of balance: honoring what's behind you while making room for what's next.
As the season turns, we're curious:
What are you making room for this fall? 🍂
Drop it in the comments. Could be as simple as more quiet mornings, a decluttered space, or a fresh start you've been circling for a while. We may share a few of our favorites later this week!

Today is World Alzheimer’s Day. 💜
A move can be overwhelming for anyone. For someone living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, changes in surroundings and routines can carry an added layer of uncertainty.
That’s why the little things matter.
A favorite chair in a familiar spot. Family photos where they can be seen. A bedroom that feels recognizable. Familiar belongings unpacked and waiting.
We’ve seen how thoughtfully creating a new space can help make a major transition feel a little more familiar and comforting.
Today, we recognize the millions of people living with Alzheimer’s and the families, caregivers and professionals who support them every day. 💜
Small details. Familiar comforts. Compassion through every transition.

The seasons are changing, and so are our closets.
What are you letting go of this fall? Maybe it's clothes you haven't worn in a year, furniture that's had its time, boxes you've been meaning to get to, or sentimental things you're finally ready to part with.
Tell us in the comments, we love hearing what "letting go" looks like for our community as the season turns.

This month, we're checking in with a different WellRive team, the people who actually call these communities home, and asking them the same question: if you had one weekend here, where would you go?
Next stop: Madison, Wisconsin.
THIS town knows how to enjoy the outdoors! If you had one weekend here, our team on the ground would send you straight to the Capitol, locals just call it "the square." Catch the farmers market for some delicious produce, wander State Street or W***y Street (aka Williamson Street) for friendly shops and eats, or grab a spot for live music around the lake, happening all summer, Wednesday through Sunday, presented by Madison Arts Alliance.
Sports fan? Camp Randall on a Badgers game day for the University of Wisconsin-Madison is an experience in itself, tailgating included. And if you're visiting in early fall, the beautiful apple orchards start opening up which is a perfect excuse for a weekend
drive. 🍎
Madison packs a lot into every season. Come see for yourself!

25 years ago today, tragedy struck our country causing a ripple effect across the world. Many lives were lost and many humans showed their heroic nature by simply showing up and helping their neighbors during a crisis.
That spirit of resilience and community is something that has transformed, but still resonates with our present culture. Today, we reflect and remember those we have lost. We will Never Forget.

We're asking our own teams, the awesome people who live and work in the communities we serve, how they'd recommend we spend one weekend there. New market, new weekend, every few weeks.
First stop: Richmond and Williamsburg.
"If we had one weekend here, where should we go?"
Start in , a walkable stretch of shops and restaurants anchored by the historic (still showing movies!). Grab some of the best fried catfish around at , then spend an afternoon wandering or the , home to the (free admission, rotating exhibits worth the trip alone). If you're up for something younger and funkier, the Arts District near is full of galleries worth a look.
And don't skip . It's its own destination entirely, with a history and charm all its own.

What an incredible few days at the CSA Conference! Thank you to everyone we met, reconnected with, and got to know better. The workshops and presentations were inspiring, and we're already looking forward to next year.
At WellRive, we believe relationships like these matter. The connections we build within this community help us keep showing up for the clients and families we care so deeply about, every step of their journey.
Grateful for the conversations, the learning, and the Rocky Mountain views along the way. See you next time, CSA!
