A Helping Hand Handyman

Your car is asking for a spot back in the garage. I can help with that.

We have some exciting news to share—our new website is officially up and running!

We will continue making a few minor adjustments over the next couple of weeks, but we invite you to take a look and explore everything that is now available.

The new website is only part of the exciting news. We are also introducing our brand-new Home Care Program, designed to help homeowners stay ahead of routine maintenance and identify areas that may need to be repaired or monitored before they turn into costly problems.

This program is supported by a custom-built app created specifically for our home assessments. Following an initial assessment, the app will allow us and the homeowner to keep track of important maintenance items, areas of concern, and recommended follow-up.

Each homeowner will receive a comprehensive report outlining the overall condition of the home from a maintenance perspective. Findings and important home details will be documented with photos, providing a clear visual record that can be reviewed over time.

The report can also document the locations and details of important items throughout the home, including:

• Main water shut-off locations
• Electrical panels
• GFCI locations
• Appliance model numbers
• Air-filter sizes
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detector types
• Other important home maintenance information

A well-documented maintenance record, complete with photos, can be valuable not only to the current homeowner, but also to prospective buyers should the home ever be placed on the market.

We will continue providing the same dependable handyman services our customers have come to expect. This new program is simply another way we can help homeowners protect their homes and reduce the costly maintenance problems that can develop in our local climate.

We invite you to explore the new website and learn more about our Home Care Program:
