Throwback to the first bike night we ever had back in March 2024 🤣🤣🤣

It’s much cooler now I promise and the equipment also got a major upgrade… same with the staff 🤣

This was actually such an awesome day, our first teaser photo shoot with my homie Micah Green the first “kinda” burgers we ever cooked, a little dream slowly coming to life. Boy oh boy did we have zero idea what was in store for us. 😮‍💨😅

Our boy Caleb stopped by with his family the other day! Gosh it was so dang good getting to talk to this man.

He’s such an amazing guy, we miss him so freaking much much.

Time flew by and we forget to get a picture together so I made him have his wife take a photo for me to photoshop us together 🤣🤣🤣

I think I nailed it.

Miss you so much dude, like so much but I’m glad we got to know each other and hope one day our paths meet up again for some cheeseburger magic 🙏

Warner family circa 1994

I guess I have always taken photos the same way ✌️ 🤣

The only thing missing is my mouth being open. Don’t worry I had plenty of time to grow into that strange habit.

And just look at little Faithy!!! 😭😭😭

Happy Monday everyone 😀✌️

The growth of Foley is one of my favorite things in the world to see!

If you have lived in any other larger cities one of the biggest things you get used to and inevitably come to miss the most is the outstanding amount of diverse food options.

Having Xian open up is such a freakin treat! I can’t even remember the last time I was able to have Shumai and Tokoyaki!!!!

God it was so good and such a treat! I also got the Chong Qing style hot and spicy chicken… think of the crispiest, spiciest version of like orange chicken mixed with General Tso’s. Probably the best Asian chicken dish I have had. I ate half and then crushed the other half immediately on the couch when we got home 🤣

Then… to finish it all off you can get boba tea with your sit down meal. Dream come true!

Stoked for them and for us! What an amazing feeling getting to watch this city transform.

Happy Saturday everyone 🤘🫶

Addison turned 14 yesterday! Which finally makes all those hours he’s worked for us legal! 😮‍💨

Jk he’s much older than that. Like much….

In his interview with us we asked him why he wanted to work here. Without hesitation he said “I want to learn everything I can from you and open a competing cheeseburger restaurant across the street.” 👀👀👀

From that point on I knew this was really gonna work out 🤣

Addison is one of the greatest, happiest people I have ever met and is a huge part of what makes this place so special!

Happy birthday Addison. I hope yesterday was freakin awesome 🤘🫶

I NEED SOME HELP

One of my favorite things to do is eat 🤣🤣 “yeah Alex we can tell buddy”

Another one of my favorite things to do is try new places and give them shout outs on here. However as a creature of habit and father two and business owner I’m finding it harder and harder to search out those new spots or hidden gems.

It would be really cool if y’all could comment some of your favorite places to go “especially if they are new or maybe they just need some help marketing themselves a little better”

I’m looking for restaurants, coffee shops or really anything food related that you love. Desserts and baked goods are like my favorite 👀👀👀

No I am not going to do ratings 🤣 if they are awesome I will post about them, if they are not you will never hear about it.

This place and specifically our social media has turned into something way cooler than just being a page about our restaurant and I want to use that to always showcase other people as much as I can 🙏

So comment and tag some other spots below and I will go out and snag some grub from them to post about.

If you are a restaurant that owner that feels like you might need just a little more help with visibility. Don’t comment but send me a message, I’d love to help you if I can.

This industry is hard and the more we can help each other the better 🙏

Happy mother freakin Monday everyone 🙏🤘🫶

FINALLY got the chance to try Rayza’s Restaurant in Daphne the other day for lunch!!!

It’s been around three years chef but I finally made it 🤘🤣

We went for lunch and got the coconut chicken curry, bulgogi beef, blistered shish*to peppers with spicy garlic and bonito flakes and I forget which roll 🤣🤣🤣

It was all fanfreakintastic!!! Seriously that curry filled my soul back up with something I haven’t felt since I lived in Seattle.

We took the kids so next time we gotta go solo and really be able to sit down and enjoy with “mom, dad I’m bored can we leave yet” 🤣🤣🤣

All in all it was amazing chef and I can’t wait to come back “hopefully not in three years” 🤣🤘🫶

Have you ever met someone who lives for what they do?

That’s my boy Rusty Strain aka Rusty Strain at The Well

We talk all the time but rarely ever get to hang in real world situations unless it’s just in passing.

I was in Pensacola for a minute doing some secret stuff and was FINALLY able to sit down and enjoy some of his creations.

Chicken bacon ranch deviled eggs….

Honey soy glazed pork belly, ginger carrot puree, micro cilantro, green onion, chive and cucumber salad 🥵🥵🥵

The flavors were explosive and refined all at once. Everything was intentional and had a purpose but also hit you in the feels. It was a meal that really excited me.

Knowing people that love what they do so much it flows through their veins and then getting to experience what they create is a really cool experience.

I cannot thank you and the crew for taking care of me tonight. Keep rippin chef because you are the mother freakin man 🤘🙏🫶
