Happy grilling season! Please remember that grilling is only permitted in designated outdoor areas and must never be left unattended. Always keep a safe distance from buildings, railings, and overhangs. Ensure coals are fully extinguished before disposing. If you see an unattended grill or open flame, please contact our team immediately. Let's keep our community safe and enjoy the summer together!

Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day 🇺🇸. We wish everyone a safe and celebratory holiday!

The Rivi Pool Grill Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents, please follow these rules when using the community grill:
Grill Safety
• The grill is for The Rivi residents and their guests only.
• Never leave the grill unattended while it is in use.
• Children must be supervised at all times and kept a safe distance from the hot grill.
• Do not use lighter fluid or any flammable accelerants.
• Do not move or modify the grill in any way.
• If you notice the grill is damaged or not operating properly, discontinue use immediately and notify the leasing office.
Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Please limit grill use to 60 minutes if others are waiting.
• Clean the cooking grates after each use using the grill brush provided.
• Dispose of all trash, food scraps, paper plates, and other waste in the designated trash receptacles.
• Wipe down tables and countertops after use.
• Do not pour grease or food scraps onto the ground or into landscaping.
After Use
• Ensure all burners are turned OFF before leaving.
• Verify the grill lid is closed.
• Leave the area clean and ready for the next resident.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of pool and grill privileges and may result in lease violations. Apartment communities commonly require these types of rules to reduce fire hazards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shared amenities remain available and safe for all residents.

Please remember that fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited. Holiday weekends tend to bring increased activity & noise be considerate of neighbors . Keep blinds and curtains closed during hot summer days to stay cool . If you're experiencing AC issues, contact our maintenance team promptly . Let's enjoy a safe, comfortable summer together!
