We’d like to formally introduce another four-legged companion to our K-9 unit! Please give a big welcome to…. K9 JORDAN!

K9 Jordan is a two and a half year old Dutch Shepherd out of the Czech Republic. He graduated from canine school in early June, and has been training and working the streets of Foley since!

K9 Jordan is working alongside Officer Miller, and the two make a great team!

Known for his strong bite, metal teeth, and determination to succeed, K9 Jordan is a great addition to our unit! We’re eager to see all your future successes, Ofc. Miller and K9 Jordan! 🎉

Starting off your morning with some positivity! We had a few officers on duty stop by Precious Moments Learning Center to speak to them about the roles they play within our department!

The children got to meet a canine, speak to SROs, and even got some goodies, like our new and improve K9 stickers!

Public Safety Career Fair to Connect Community with Career Opportunities
Robertsdale, AL — July 23, 2026 — Baldwin County 9-1-1 is excited to announce an upcoming Public Safety Career Fair, open to the public and designed to highlight career opportunities in emergency services and public safety.

The event will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 9am to 2pm at the Robertsdale Coliseum. Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet representatives from several agencies across the county and the state, including law, fire, EMS, 911, and other public safety organizations.

“This job fair is a great chance for anyone interested in a career in public safety to learn more about the wide range of opportunities available,” said Kristi Stamnes, Baldwin County 911 Director. “Agencies are looking for dedicated individuals who want to serve their communities, and this event provides a direct connection between candidates and employers.”

Participants can expect to:
• Explore career opportunities with multiple public safety agencies.
• Speak directly with recruiters and hiring staff.
• Learn about the application process, training, and career paths in public safety.

The Baldwin County Public Safety Career Fair is free and open to all members of the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their résumés and come prepared to ask questions about career opportunities.

Over the weekend, CrossPoint Baptist Church in Foley held a back-to-school event for kids in the area!

Our School Resource Officers, including SRO Williams, were there to meet the soon-to-be students, as we prepare for school to start back up!

Only two more weeks of summer vacation! ☀️

Beat the heat? Nah, our K9 unit brought the heat yesterday! 🐾

The unit spent the day putting in work on building searches and apprehension tactics inside a local home under construction.

Special thanks to the property manager for giving us access to such a great training spot!

came a little late today, as we celebrated one of our own officially receiving his APOSTC certification.

Please help us congratulate Officer Brennon Brock for successfully completing the Northeast Police Academy held in Anniston! A graduate of the 198th basic session, Ofc. Brock endured 13 weeks of intensive mental and physical training to prepare him for life as a police officer.

Next, Ofc. Brock will enter the training phase with our own department, before being sent out on his own! We’re excited for his positive, hardworking energy to return to our own PD!
