The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W is available at MatterHackers.

Selective laser sintering works differently from every other printer on your bench. A 30W laser fuses nylon powder layer by layer, and the loose powder around each part holds it in place while it prints, so it never needs supports. The parts also don't have to sit on a build plate. You can stack them in three dimensions through the whole 165 x 165 x 300mm chamber, fit dozens of working parts into one build, and pull them out the same day.

The materials are made for parts that get used. Nylon 12 and Nylon 11 cover tough, durable production parts, the glass- and carbon-filled nylons add stiffness, and TPU 90A handles flexible parts. Pair it with Fuse Sift to recover powder and Fuse Blast to automate cleaning, and printing, recovery, and cleanup run as one workflow instead of a string of manual steps. Educators get 10% off printers, hardware, and select accessories.

Ghosts, pumpkins, and a four-toolhead printer. This is the Snapmaker U1.

Halloween prints are exactly the job that exposes how a printer handles color. An orange pumpkin with a brown stem, a white ghost with black eyes: two colors minimum, usually more, and on most machines every one of those transitions means purging filament into a bin. The Snapmaker U1 gives each color its own toolhead. It picks up the one it needs, prints, sets it back down, and moves on, so a batch of decorations doesn't come with a pile of wasted plastic sitting next to it.

It has the speed for a whole porch's worth before October runs out, too. 500mm/s toolhead speed, 20,000mm/s² acceleration, and 32mm³/s max flow through a 300°C stainless steel hotend, in a 270mm cubed build volume. Mesh bed leveling, automatic calibration, filament runout and air-print detection, and a chamber camera so you can watch the batch from your desk.

Order by 1pm PT and it ships the same day, free on orders over $35, with 3% back in rewards. Our US-based team is here if you need a hand dialing it in.

We 3D printed a life-size skeleton that's taller than the printer bed is wide on the Elegoo Orangestorm Giga. This guy stands a full meter tall, so we laid him corner to corner on the 800 x 800 mm bed. Lying flat, he only stands about 12 cm off the bed, which leaves nearly a meter of build height for even bigger Halloween ideas.

38 hours and nearly a full kilo of MatterHackers Build Series Glow in the Dark PLA later, he popped right off the bed with moving joints and holes in the skull for easy hanging. Charge him up under the lights, switch them off, and he glows bright green all night on your porch, in a tree or on your office door.

Every OrangeStorm Giga from MatterHackers is backed by our expert service team.

Build your own Halloween Filament Bundle and the sixth spool is on us.

The Halloween Bundle Builder lets you pick any six Halloween-ready spools and you get the sixth spool for free. Pumpkin and mandarin orange, deep blacks, purples, and glow-in-the-dark, across PLA, PETG, ASA, and flexible TPU, in matte, silky, and specialty finishes, from MH Build Series and PRO Series to Bambu Lab. Mix materials freely: PLA for props that stay indoors, ASA for the decorations going out on the porch where UV and weather will find them, TPU for anything that needs to squish.

One tip if glow-in-the-dark is going in your cart. The glow comes from phosphor particles blended into the plastic, and those particles are abrasive, so run a hardened steel nozzle. Glow filament also charges brighter and holds longer the more light it gets beforehand, so a lamp near your display shelf earns its keep.
Free US shipping over $35, same-day shipment on orders placed by 1pm PT, and 3% back in rewards on every qualifying order.

The Bambu Lab H2D Pro is exclusively available at MatterHackers.

If IT has ever blocked a 3D printer from your network, this is the one built to pass review. The H2D Pro supports WPA2-Enterprise Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and adds a physical network killswitch, so the printer can be taken fully offline with a switch instead of a policy document. That is what makes it workable in labs, districts, and facilities where data protection rules decide what gets plugged in.

Underneath the security, it is a serious machine. Dual extrusion with a 350°C hotend and tungsten carbide nozzles for abrasive composites, an actively heated 65°C chamber that keeps ABS, ASA, and nylon from warping, and 350 x 320 x 325mm of build volume. Vision Encoder calibration holds motion accuracy to 50 microns. It arrives fully assembled with AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT, a textured PEI plate, HEPA filtration, onboard cameras, and an emergency stop.

We also have a Launchpad session built specifically for the H2D Pro, so an expert gets you from box to first print. Purchase orders, tax-exempt ordering, and GSA contract purchasing are all available, and our US-based team services what we sell.

Most desktop lasers can't cut metal. A WAZER waterjet does exactly that and more.

The WAZER is the first compact CNC waterjet built for a shop bench instead of a factory floor. It cuts with a high-pressure stream of water and abrasive, which takes hardness, reflectivity, and melting point off the table as problems. Metals that scatter a laser beam, stone that would crack under heat, glass, ceramic tile, carbon fiber, and thick plastics all cut the same way, across a 12 x 18 inch cutting area, with no heat-affected zone anywhere along the edge.

Operating cost runs about $8.46 per hour of cutting when you buy abrasive in bulk. Pick the Desktop at $9,999, the Standup at $10,999 if floor space matters more than bench space, or the Pro at $18,999 for thicker material and faster cutting.

Our Launchpad setup service can have you cutting the day it arrives.

Print a photo you can actually feel.

The eufyMake E1 is a UV printer that prints texture, not just color. It stacks white and gloss ink up to 5mm to build real relief, then lays the image over it at 1440 DPI, so a photo of your dog, a kid's drawing, or a favorite painting comes out with brushstrokes and depth your fingers can find. The software builds that texture map from an ordinary image, so nothing stands between a photo and a finished piece.

It prints on metal, wood, acrylic, ceramic, glass, stone, canvas, leather, fabric, and film, more than 300 surfaces in all. Coasters, picture frames, phone cases, cutting boards, signage, leather journals. Add the rotary attachment and the same textures wrap tumblers and mugs. Over 20,000 templates and AI background removal get you started, dual-laser positioning with an 8MP camera places artwork on irregular objects, JetClean keeps the nozzles clear on its own, and the ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified. It was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2025.

Order by 1pm PT and it ships the same day, free on US orders over $35, with 3% back in rewards. Our team is here if you want help getting started.

The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO is built for the materials that replace metal.

Aerospace, medical, and oil and gas engineers turn to PEEK and PEKK when a part has to survive heat, chemicals, and loads that would destroy anything else in the printer aisle. These materials are also notoriously hard to print. Without a hot, stable environment they cool unevenly, warp, and never reach the crystallinity that gives them their strength. The APOLLO handles that with a 450°C nozzle, a 160°C bed, and a fully enclosed chamber actively heated to 100°C.

Its IDEX system runs two independent toolheads. Duplicate and mirror modes print two parts in the time of one, or you can pair a build material with a dedicated support. It prints the full PAEK family, including PEEK, PEEK-CF and GF, PEKK, and VICTREX AM 200 and AM 450, plus PPS, PPA-CF, nylons, and PC. INTAMQuality logs every build in real time for full part traceability, the included INTAMBox actively dries and monitors your filament, and HEPA plus activated carbon filtration cleans the fumes from the melt.

Check out the Meltio M600, available at MatterHackers.

Most metal 3D printing means powder, which means a sealed chamber, inert gas, and handling protocols for a material that is reactive and behaves like flour under the wrong conditions. The M600 uses wire instead. Standard welding wire feeds into a melt pool created by nine blue diode lasers, 1000W total, depositing dense metal layer by layer with no powder anywhere in the process.

The wavelength is the interesting part. Copper and aluminum reflect most of the infrared light that conventional fiber lasers use, which is exactly why those metals are difficult on many systems. At 450nm they absorb far more of that energy, so the M600 runs stainless, mild and carbon steels, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, copper, and aluminum on the same machine. Build volume is 300 x 400 x 600mm, it ships pre-calibrated, and closed-loop process control with an integrated 3-axis touch probe holds deposition consistent across long builds. Optional hot wire and dual or quad-wire upgrades add throughput and multi-material capability.

The Formlabs Form 4 is available at MatterHackers.

Most full builds finish in under two hours, at vertical speeds up to 100mm per hour. That comes from the LPU 4 light engine and Low Force Display technology, which pairs a high-resolution LCD mask with 60 LEDs behind a collimating lens and sharply reduces the peel force applied to every layer. Less force means fewer failed prints, less deformation on delicate features, and tank life past 75,000 layers regardless of which resin is in it.

Resolution holds at 50 microns in XY, with layer heights from 25 to 300 microns and adaptive layering in between, across a 200 x 125 x 210mm build volume. Six sensors track resin level, temperature, leveling, mixer debris, and print force while the job runs, and every unit ships calibrated and inspected. The resin library spans general-purpose greys and clears, tough and rigid formulations, High Temp, ESD, and Flame Retardant engineering materials, plus Castable Wax and Silicone 40A. Pair it with Form Wash and Form Cure and the whole post-processing step becomes a workflow instead of a bucket of IPA on your bench.
