Yesterday, our Construction Management students traded the classroom for the field, thanks to our new partnership with Pulte Homes! Students stepped into the shoes of construction managers, navigating real, on-the-spot conversations with "homeowners", practicing the tough communication skills the job demands, while also sharpening their eye as "buyers" spotting issues and mistakes during home tours.

It's the kind of hands-on, real-world learning that prepares our students for what's next. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Students are getting active, learning new skills and having a blast with Pickleball & Tennis as part of Jacobs Elementary’s Engage Opportunities! We love seeing our students discover new interests while connecting with their classmates. 💪✨

💫💃 Cheer & Dance just became part of the school day! K-4 students at Dewberry & Henderson Elementary can now choose Cheer & Dance as their Engage Opportunity. 60 minutes every day, all year!

👷 Can 100 popsicle sticks hold hundreds of pounds?

Our students found out! Last week they designed, built, and load-tested their own bridges as part of their engineering class.

From sketching designs to hours of careful gluing (and a full page of research in their engineering notebooks!), these students learned firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into a working structure. Who says physics and engineering aren't fun? 😄
