Hi everyone! I am looking for feedback.

The pictures are the Strawberry Delight. My normal full size is 125 oz, pictured on the left, for $45. For garage sale weekends, I make and offer the small 5 oz size, pictured on the right, for $5.

It is not feasible for me to just make and sell one 5oz, because I make a whole angel food cake from scratch for this dessert as well as fresh strawberries. However, I have been contemplating the possibility of a size in-between that would be more feasible. I do have to keep in mind what containers are available and reasonably priced as well.

So, would you be interested in buying a 30oz size for $15 if I were to offer it?

Our neighborhood is having our first community garage sale in a while, this weekend: April 18th & 19th.

So I wanted to let everyone know I will be keeping my tradition and will also be offering these fan favorites for sale while I run my garage sale:

Lemon Cheesecake Slice - $7 - Lemon cheesecake with swirls of lemon curd on a graham cracker crust and topped with lemon whipped cream.

Triple Coffee Cheesecake Slice - $7 - Layers of coffee and espresso cheesecake, mousse, and whipped cream, including a bit of Kahlua (approx. 1/2 cup per whole cheesecake.)

Strawberry Delight -$5 - Layers of homemade Angel Food Cake, a whipped cream mixture, and glazed strawberries. Strawberry Shortcake with twist!
