With more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in healthcare, Mirra brings extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and building cultures that support both people and growth.

As BasePoint continues expanding access to mental healthcare across Texas, investing in our teams remains essential to our mission. Mirra's leadership will help strengthen the people, relationships, and infrastructure that allow our organization to grow intentionally.

Designed for individuals ages 18–35, BreakThrough provides specialized mental health and substance use treatment while expanding access to services across Collin County and the surrounding communities.

BreakThrough McKinney is one step closer to opening its doors. 📍

Just weeks away from opening in McKinney, BreakThrough's fourth location will expand access to developmentally aligned mental healthcare for young adults ages 18-35.

Because young adulthood isn't simply an extension of adolescence or traditional adulthood, BreakThrough was created to meet individuals where they are with specialized support designed specifically for this unique stage of life.

From navigating increased independence and responsibility to managing mental health while building a future, young adults deserve care that recognizes the complexity of this season of life and BreakThrough was intentionally built to support it.

Cameron brings extensive experience across behavioral health operations, access, and leadership. From starting as a Behavioral Health Technician to serving in executive leadership roles across behavioral healthcare organizations, Cameron’s career has remained centered on one mission: helping individuals and families connect to the care they need.

In his role, Cameron will help lead and strengthen BasePoint’s Patient Access Center (PAC), including:

📞 Enhancing workflows, systems, and collaboration across teams
📈 Helping scale access processes to support continued growth
🩵 Ensuring families receive a seamless, high-quality experience from their very first touchpoint
