This morning we once again had the honor of coaching a run clinic for the Air Force ROTC cadets Colorado State University as they train for their time trial.
These are the meaningful moments beyond the racing and pursuit of our own training that add texture and depth to our “why”. We are proud to support CSU and their cadets as they continue to grow in leadership and discipline. Go Rams and go Air Force!

Sophie Seward lines up at the BK5K in Indianapolis on Saturday and Anna Petr heads to Boulder for the boulderthon half marathon- another debut at the distance- this time on the road instead of trail.
The race is the reward- go crush it and have some fun ladies!!

He’s back for round 5! 🖐🏼
Esteban Trujillo is taking on the Green Events Fall Equinox Half Marathon this Sunday as his final tune-up race before a fun soon-to-be-announced fall race 🤭 .
He’s been cranking miles and monster workouts so this will be a fun one to watch! Stay tuned!

Anna Petr’s first trail race... and we're willing to bet it won't be her last.
Anna switched things up from the fast track and roads to a little more distance, dirt, climbing, descending Gnar Runners Black Squirrel Trail 1/2 Marathon this morning!
She absolutely crushed this trail tall race in Fort Collins, coming home with the crown and a smile on her face pretty much the entire way.
Huge congrats, Anna! And thank you to and everyone out there cheering, supporting, and making it such a fun day.
This week on Conversation Pace with FRE we are thrilled to chat with McKendree Hickory, the 2026 Leadville Race Series 100 Champ!
In her first attempt at the legendary Leadville 100, played the ultimate long game—staying patient, moving steadily through the field, and finally taking the women’s lead around mile 84. From there, she held on to win in 19:39:12 and finish 10th overall.
It’s an especially impressive addition to a résumé that already includes a record-breaking win at the 2024 High Lonesome 100.
In this episode, we catch up with McKendree to talk about her Leadville debut, the strategy behind such a patient race, what was happening during those final 16 miles, and what it feels like to win such an iconic race.
