Adaptable Finishing 🏀

At Schmidt Performance, we help players become better finishers by giving them different problems to solve around the rim.

Change the angle. Shrink the space. Add contact. Put a defender in the gap or trailing on the hip. Challenge players to finish with either hand, off one foot or two, and find a counter when the first option isn’t available.

The goal isn’t to memorize every possible finish. It’s to read the defense, adjust in the moment, and find the right solution.

The game is unpredictable. Your finishing training should be, too.
