Thank you to everyone who came out to Fort Collins B**r Fest last Saturday! What a wonderful way to wrap up June. It was wonderful seeing so many of our brewery friends in one spot serving their AMAZING b**rs.

If you’re feeling hungry this month, come find us! We got plenty of opportunities for you 😊 Chef Quin is working on some awesome new menu specials so keep an eye out.

Not too much to report this month, schedule should be consistent with previous month. We are at the Fort Collins food truck rally though on June 23rd! Get there early because it gets BUSY! We had our first Rally complete menu sell out last week. Thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed our food! We appreciate you 🫶🏻

Fort Collins Brewfest is Saturday, June 27th! Buy your tickets soon because the last one sold out. We will be slingin’ your favorites so come eat and drink your heart out!

It’s May, oh my gosh, we are so sorry for the late calendar post! We have had quite the busy start to the month with some exciting developments in our personal life! Again, our apologies, here is where to find us this month of May-oh.

Food Truck Rally season is back in action this month and we will be there for their first date next Tuesday the 12th! We will continue to be there other dates throughout the summer so keep an eye out 👀

You may have noticed we also have switched up our usual Odell Tuesdays. We will no longer be there on Tuesdays but instead will be alternating Live Music Wednesdays this Summer and Sundays! Sunday, May 31st, we will be there for Small Batch Festival. Be there or be square 😎

Apparently March’s heat power brings April flowers? News to me but let’s wish for rain! And on a rainy day, don’t forget to find us for some yummy food. We have another busy month with plenty of dates to come say hi!

We recently updated our menu and we have a new item… Have you tried it yet? If you haven’t, come taste the wonderful Mixed Mushroom Bánh Mì. It is a warm French baguette filled with a medley of meaty, umami mushrooms and ground tofu, layered with fresh sliced cucumber, julienne carrots, pickled onions, cilantro and it all comes together with a house made Roasted Garlic Miso Aioli. *Chef’s kiss. If you like a little kick, we recommend adding some fresh Serranos and getting a side of chili oil for dipping. YUM!

We will be at Odell Brewing for their big Earth day event this year on the 18th! There will be activities and events for the entire family such as live music, speakers, vendors, informational booths, kid activities, etc. It should be an amazing day learning and paying homage to our planet Earth. What better way to do that by enjoying a vegan/vegetarian meal by yours truly!

Spring is just around the corner or has it already sprung? This weather has us confused! We have plenty of dates this month for you to find us at some fantastic breweries.

Wednesday, March 4th, we will be serving up eats at Salt Road for their FoCo Dead Night! Tumbledown Shack will be jamming the sweet, sweet sounds of the Grateful Dead. Grab a b**r and a bite and enjoy!

Sunday, March 8th, come celebrate International Women’s day at Odell Brewing! We will be doing a special BRUNCH menu that you will not want to miss. Some of you may not know this since you mostly see Chef Quin on the truck but the business is actually co-owned by his partner, Megan. You’ll see her from time to time taking orders on the truck but usually she’s doing work behind the scene. Or you’ll see her with their kiddo aka their first and foremost pride and joy!

Those are our special events for the month however if you like bingo and/or trivia, we are at Mythmaker every other Monday for Trivia and Bingo on the last Wednesday of the month and we are Maxline every other Monday for Bingo! Test your knowledge or your luck and enjoy great b**r and food while you are at it.
