What’s better than two RV leaders speaking at the upcoming Carolina Women+ in Tech Thriving in Chaos conference? 👀 Three! 🎉 We’re proud to see Savannah Radke, Becca Timperio, and Ally Brabant take the stage this Friday as they share their insights and expertise at CWIT’s signature annual gathering - and proud to support CWIT again this year as they connect and celebrate industry experts, innovators, and professionals. 💡 Drop some hype for all these amazing speakers in the comments! ⬇️

🚀 It’s LAUNCH Week - which means 30 new college grads have joined the RV portfolio! 🎉🎉🎉

(Is YOUR alma mater on this year’s stage?? 👀)

✅ Big checks! ✅Ridiculous team names! ✅Collaboration! ✅Energy drinks and candy as far as the eye can see!

Oh, and several jaw-dropping new products solving real, impactful business problems - built in a matter of hours. 👏

Another successful AI Hackathon in the books! ✅✅✅

Celebrating community. 🖤❤️💚 Yesterday, our Kindred ERG brought RVers together to connect, reflect, and celebrate Juneteenth — food trucks, live music, double dutch, and more. ➡️ Thank you, Kindred, for creating space for all of us. Happy Juneteenth. 🙌

🏀 12 years. 130+ RVers. Zero limits.
Every year, RVers show up for The Bounce Out the Stigma Project, Inc. camp — volunteering with kids with perceived limitations right here at Charlotte HQ. This year, we had Ryan Evans and 21 from Charlotte Men’s Basketball on the court with us. 🙌 Easily an annual fav. See you next year. 👊

Summer = intern season 🚀 21 rising seniors representing universities across the US and Puerto Rico just kicked off their summer at Red Ventures HQ — learning the portfolio, meeting their coaches, and spending a day giving back at in Charlotte. So glad this crew is here. Welcome! 👏

The H-AAPI-est time of the year just hit different. 🎉Elevate brought the flavors to the Plaza for our annual AAPI Heritage Month Fest — mango lassi, gimbap, K-corndogs, matcha, henna, and Kawaii trinkets all in one place. What a vibe. 🍜🧋🌭

Big love to our incredible vendors who made it happen:

That’s a wrap on AAPI Heritage Month — but Elevate’s energy? Year-round. 🙌

Who makes the world go round? MOMS. 🌎❤️ (And let’s be honest, they probably did it before their first cup of coffee ☕️.)

We’re spotlighting a few of our RV moms today! 📸 Consider this a tiny glimpse into all of our incredible moms and mom-like figures across our global crew🫶.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our RV moms! We hope you are taking a well-deserved moment to rest and celebrate today. You’ve earned it. ✨

Everything hallelujah, Red Ventures style 🎶❤️
