Reiki Circle and Sound Bath ✨ Saturday, September 5
1:00-3:30PM at Embra Cincy with Vanessa

In this workshop, we will explore the Japanese art of Reiki or Universal (rei) Life Force (ki or qi) Healing. Reiki is a hands-on healing practice but can also be practiced without touching. In the first half, we will work with self-healing and/or a Reiki circle. The second half will be a sound bath with a Reiki healing for the group, if desired, from the teacher.
Benefits of sound baths include a nervous system reset, vibrational healing, deep relaxation, reduced pain, improved mood through shifting brain waves from active beta waves to slower, meditative alpha and theta waves.

Please bring your mat and meditation cushion if you have one, but it’s not required.

In this 75-minute session we will allow ourselves to be danced (no choreography). We will explore the body’s wisdom through shape, tempo, rhythm, and expression.

We will shake out what is heavy, sticky, and ready to be set free. Our session will close with deep relaxation, writing reflection, and a circle of sharing. Come, let us dance through our lives with great curiosity and courageous openness.
