The Board of Directors of NeoGenomics has appointed Warren Stone, current President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board, effective January 4, 2027. ​

Tony Zook, the Company's current CEO and a member of the Board, will transition to Executive Chair at that time and will continue to work in close alignment with Warren and the Board. ​

Warren's appointment reflects years of deliberate succession planning to ensure continuity of the executive team and a consistent growth strategy at NeoGenomics.

Tony, the leadership team, and Warren have worked closely to establish the strategy, capabilities, and foundation for NeoGenomics' next chapter.​

Warren has more than three decades of Life Sciences and Diagnostics leadership experience, including senior leadership roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and MilliporeSigma/Merck KGaA.
