Choosing to love, even when it looks different than we thought it would.

It’s easy to believe that someone else needs to change, make a different decision, or treat us differently before we can truly enjoy our lives.
But we have more choice than we realize.
YOU get to choose how YOU respond when people disappoint you. YOU get to choose how you move forward when life doesn’t go your way. And YOU can make the decision to love your life exactly as it is—not because everything is perfect, but because you’re choosing peace in the middle of it.
This is part of the work we can do with EPT—to release what’s holding us back and create a healthier response to the things we can’t control. 💛
