Congratulations to Matthew Huffman, our 2nd Quarter Bee Award winner at The Orthopedic Hospital! 🎉

Matthew was recognized by a patient for going above and beyond during their knee replacement recovery. His encouragement, creativity and commitment helped the patient overcome challenges and find new ways to reach their therapy goals.

Eric has officially completed the 13 month orthopedic residency at OPT! He is the first resident to complete the program! Congrats, Eric! 🎉👏

Caitlyn Ailor is the program’s clinical coordinator.

Please help us welcome our 2026-2027 resident, Alex! He is our second resident & has 10 years of PT experience in outpatient PT along with managing 2 clinics in Tennessee.

Alex moved in March to Fort Wayne from Tennessee. He is a Fort Wayne native & attended Carroll HS. Alex attended Indiana University for undergrad & Belmont for graduate school.
Alex has been married for 2 years to Katie, who is also a Physical Therapist.

We are excited for Alex to be with us for the next year! 😁
