🚨🔥🦪 FRIED OYSTERS TONIGHT🦪🔥🚨
…the first chef i ever cooked for in Chicago David Cooper created this wonderful dish way back in the day. We used to be able to sell an entire bucket in one night…pretty good for a thirty seat byob back then. It’s something that has stuck with me since. Truly a dish that I would never forget. Its simplicity rarely unmatched
So tonight we dine on fried oysters because they are delicious and timeless. Thanks for the inspiration Cooper!
