What does this mean for YOU?

🙋 Buyers: Activity is picking back up. Pending sales are up over 20% from a month ago, and homes sold jumped more than 40%, so more buyers are getting under contract. Inventory is still slightly higher than a month ago, so you have selection, but well-priced homes are moving. Get pre-approved and be ready to act when the right one hits the market.

🏠 Sellers: This is encouraging. Closings and new contracts are both well ahead of a month ago, which shows buyers are out there and ready to buy. Price changes and back-on-market listings are also up, so homes that aren't priced right are still getting adjusted or falling out of contract. Price accurately from day one to capture this demand.

🔭 Looking Ahead: After a few softer weeks, the market is showing renewed momentum heading into fall. Part of the jump comes from comparing against a slower, holiday-affected week a month ago, so we'll keep watching to see if the pace holds.
