Another awesome Winter Development Training week in the books and what a way to kick off the new year! 👏⛳️
Winter break always brings one of our favorite training weeks of the year. This group showed up ready to work, pushed each other, and leveled up their game heading into spring; with plenty of laughs along the way.
Already excited to see where this momentum takes everyone this season.

✅Train for compression. This is where the real power and consistency come from.
Fall’s the perfect time to get your swing right before spring 👊🍁
Play smarter. Play stronger. Play Altura. ⛳️
