Sometimes, the difference between uncertainty and confidence is what you can actually see.

DC-Air™ uses direct-conversion technology to capture sharp diagnostic images without scintillator blur, giving clinicians more visual information to work with. That means clearer imaging can support more precise diagnosis and more informed treatment planning. Because seeing the details matters.

Sharper Images. Happier Patients.™

“Good enough” has no place in diagnostic imaging.

DC-Air™ delivers ultra-sharp, 12-bit images through direct-conversion technology—helping eliminate scintillator blur and bring greater visual clarity into everyday dental workflows. When every detail can influence diagnosis and treatment planning, image quality isn’t a luxury.

It’s part of the workflow.

The X-ray isn’t just an image.

It’s part of the decision-making process.

DC-Air™ delivers ultra-sharp, 12-bit diagnostic images using direct-conversion technology, helping clinicians capture the details they need without scintillator blur.

More detail. More confidence. More informed treatment planning.

Imagine zooming into an X-ray and thinking, “Wait… is that supposed to look like that?”

That’s exactly why direct conversion matters.

DC-Air™ captures X-ray energy directly instead of relying on a scintillator layer, helping produce sharper images with greater diagnostic detail. Because when you’re making clinical decisions, “close enough” isn’t the goal.

Dental imaging is about more than capturing an image.

It’s also about how the process feels for the patient.

DC-Air™ and Zero Profile™ are designed to minimize intrusion while maximizing alignment—bringing precision and comfort into the same workflow. That’s the evolution of intraoral imaging.

Sharper Images. Happier Patients.™

Clinical precision and patient comfort shouldn’t be competing priorities.

The DC-Air™ Zero Profile™ Comfort System brings both into the same design philosophy: optimize positioning while minimizing intrusion. Because every part of the imaging workflow contributes to the patient experience.

Quick question for dental teams:

Would your patients describe your current X-ray experience as comfortable?

DC-Air™ and Zero Profile™ are designed to minimize intrusion and maximize alignment—because patient experience matters even during routine imaging. What matters most to your patients during X-rays: comfort, speed, or positioning?

Good dental technology solves more than one problem.

Zero Profile™ was dentist-designed to balance precise sensor positioning with a gentler patient experience. And because DC-Air™ is also compatible with any Size 2 sensor holder or alignment system, practices can integrate comfort without completely changing their workflow.

Patients may not know the technology behind an X-ray.

They definitely notice how it feels. DC-Air™ with Zero Profile™ Comfort System is designed to minimize intrusion while maintaining optimal alignment, helping practices deliver a more comfortable imaging experience.

What happens between the X-ray and the final image can make a real difference. Traditional scintillator-based sensors convert X-rays into light before producing the image. DC-Air™ takes a different route with direct-conversion technology.

The goal?

Cleaner radiographs. Sharper details. Greater confidence.
