Two of our team members joined Fort Wayne's creative community last night for American Advertising Federation Fort Wayne’s event, “Sunshine and Storms: Weathering a Creative Life,” featuring designer Tad Carpenter.

Carpenter spoke candidly about burnout, rediscovering his passion for design, and why the act of creating itself carries so much weight, regardless of medium.

A perfect 5-star rating isn't the goal. It's a red flag.

Research from Northwestern's Spiegel Research Center found that purchase likelihood peaks between 4.2 and 4.5 stars, never at a flawless 5.0. Customers trust businesses with a few honest reviews mixed in more than ones that look too clean to be real.
