🥊 MEET OUR NEW HEAD BOXING COACH: THE ONE AND ONLY Richy Mon !!
If you’ve been around for a while, you already know Richy. He first joined our team back in 2019, then spent a few years in Nashville winning Emmys for his dance and choreography skills, and now he’s BACK - and stepping into a new role as Head Boxing Coach at The Fight Lab!
Richy brings the kind of energy you can’t teach. He loves boxing, he loves people, and when he’s coaching, the whole room feels it. 🔥
We couldn’t be more excited about what he’s going to bring to our boxing program and the community we’re continuing to build around it!
Whether you’ve boxed for years or you’ve never put on a pair of gloves in your life, this is a great time to get in the room.

Haring is on the wall like the days of old! Shout out to sam parker and Zen who killed this! The Haring Tribute is only right! The Crowns on our wall, like the PEZ dinosaur are a tribute to Basquiat - the crown being his most widely recognized work in pop culture. After his passing Haring famously inked a tribute called a pile of crowns. Those of you who trained at our original facility “Lee Bros MMA”, know this identical work was painted on our wall there. On the two year celebration of the Fight Lab, it only felt right to bring back a special piece of our past. Brilliant work, guys 🫶🏽🙏🏽🕊️
