So excited to finally share the full brand identity design reveal for Thistle & Comb! Every piece was a joy to create, from the custom hand drawn illustrations to the packaging, and everything in between! I had so much fun working on this passion project to flex my skills and bring a beautiful style to life that I’ve been dreaming up in my head for a while.

Sometimes I have too many color palette ideas and not enough projects to put them in! That’s when they instead get handed to you all, in the hopes that you will get inspiration out of them for your brand or your projects. ☺️

I absolutely love designing brand palettes, since using and working with color is one of my favorite parts of being a brand designer. Finding just the right shades to create something unique, beautiful, contrasted, accessible, AND authentic to the brand is a rewarding challenge. Each time I find myself designing a new brand palette, I get more and more inspired and excited. It’s only getting to be more fun the longer I do this!

An elegant brand refresh for Pen and Pearls Publishing! Wanted to post some new visuals from this project today. I absolutely love the brand palette and typography, I think it matched our client’s timeless aesthetic so well.

It was a unique challenge to refresh this logo as well! We kept the majority of the original brand mark intact while updating the colors, typography, and cleaning up the linework. 🖊️ 🦪 💻 More beautiful and exciting brand design work coming soon! Stay tuned..
