👏 Employee of the Month: John Finch 🏒

This month, we’re proud to recognize John Finch, President & General Manager of the Fort Wayne Spacemen, as our September Employee of the Month!

There’s a tremendous amount of work that goes into building a successful hockey organization, and much of it happens long before the puck drops. John is one of the people making sure it all comes together.

“John works relentlessly behind the scenes and has played a major role in the growth and development of the Spacemen organization. He supports our recruiting efforts, coordinates game day logistics for both home and away games, manages team compliance, and created and developed a junior showcase here in Fort Wayne. John consistently takes on the important work that often goes unnoticed, and his dedication deserves to be recognized. Our players and staff are incredibly thankful to have him on our team!”
— Kaleigh Schrock, General Manager of Hockey

We’re incredibly fortunate at PSM Icehouse to have a team of people who care about what they do, support one another, and take pride in making things better for our athletes, families, and guests. John’s commitment to the Spacemen and the work he puts in every day are a great example of what makes our team so special.

Congratulations, John! This recognition is well deserved. 👏
