We can finally share the exciting news!!: Shaffer Multimedia was chosen as the production vendor for the Fort Wayne Zoo!
​Their annual Zoobilee fundraiser took place this past Thursday night, and it put our team's motto—adapt, improvise, and overcome—to the ultimate test. Weather forced a last-minute decision on Wednesday afternoon to change venues, giving everyone involved a real challenge.
​Our crew quickly regrouped, reconfigured, and took over The Clyde Theatre. Among other setup elements, we projection-mapped the walls and brought our LED screens into the mix to transform the space. A huge thanks to Drew Consalvo and the entire staff at The Clyde for their incredible accommodations and for handing off their audio and lighting systems to our team.

When State Wars Roller Hockey first came to Shaffer Multimedia 13 years ago, they had a unique challenge: they needed a professional, high-impact lighting rig for a 3-week stretch of tournaments. The catch? It had to be simple enough for their team to operate without an on-site technician.

We provided the perfect solution then, and we’re still delivering today.

This week, our incredibly talented crew rigged a 50-foot span of truss and 16 lighting instruments in **under 3 hours**. After a quick programming session, the arena was completely transformed and ready for another exciting, engaging light show.

Because of our commitment to user-friendly, stunning AV solutions, State Wars expanded our partnership years ago to cover all their events throughout the region.
