Check out this fresh, new Sauvignon Blanc in at Dash In!

Coming from the valleys of Marlborough, New Zealand, known for their crisp, bright Sauvignon Blancs. This wine has a full palate of lime zest, minerality, a *tiny* bit of floral (mostly honeysuckle), and white peach. It’s soooo refreshing! We may or may not have been enjoying it this summer...but we couldn’t sit on it forever!

So since we are having this second summer, come in and cool off with this treat. (Also, Aimeé says try pairng it with the Asian Chicken Salad for a truly magical flavor experience).

Introducing our Fall Wine Dinner Menu!

Join us on September 24th for our next wine dinner, featuring a local, harvest themed menu. Autumn in the midwest (especially Indiana) is a special thing, and our favorite time of year! between the crisp, cool weather, to the rustle of the wind through the corn stalks, to the vibrant colors of the trees...what better time to enjoy a menu full of fall flavors with some perfectly paired wine!

We have kept the prices low at $60/person, and of course are happy to make accomodations for dietary requests. Stop in or call in to reserve your spot!

We’ve not promoted this one much, because we filled up by word of mouth almost immediately! However, there are just a few openings left for this amazing opportunity. Come enjoy an educational evening with chef and owner Emily cooking “chef’s table” style and teaching as she goes!
Bar manager AImeé will give wine education on how to make your own perfect pairings.
All surrounding 5 courses and wines included. Tickets are $175/person and can be secured with a reservation. This first Chef’s Dinner is happening on July 31st, 6-9pm. Snag one of these last spots before they are gone!
