Happy Labor Day! Just a reminder that there will NOT be a show tonight. Jerome and I will be LIVE tomorrow evening at 7pm to cover this crazy (and awesome) weekend of motorsports. See you then!

Night race KRA 10

We practiced Friday night from 7pm until almost midnight and then got right back to business yesterday 1pm until after midnight.

Qualifying:
206- got stuck behind slower traffic and couldn’t find a good draft, qualified P9.
KA- put it on pole!

Prefinal:
206- had a bad start and never fully recovered, finished P12
KA- sprocket was loose, causing my chain to come off. Didn’t even make it off the grid. DNS

Final:
206- battled between 10th and 13th the whole race. Everyone was close in lap times and track position. Finished P12, only 5 seconds behind the leader.
KA- had a job to do and got it done. Drove it from the back of the field to 4th, getting hard charger for the race.

Favorite part of the night was getting to do post-race interviews with all the winners. Thanks Tony Petersen and New Castle Motorsports Park for the opportunity.

Back next weekend for KRA 11!

Thank you to my amazing sponsors for making this possible!

Milwaukee Mile, NTT INDYCAR SERIES edition! (Unfortunately my mic wasn’t on when I interviewed Will Power but we noticed it quick enough to just unplug and use the iPhone mic so you can hear most of his answer. So sorry Will! )
