From the Creative Wellness Workshoppe at Simple Theory Wine Co I hosted a couple weekends ago. Wine watercolors from intentional ring stains. Something to make our minds think outside of the box and let the stressors of life melt away letting that energy flow from brain to hand creating an original one of a kind piece of art. Just in time for Mother's Day! Join me and Simple Theory Wine Co for a moment of Creative Wellness Self Care that we all could use more of.
