If you have ever wondered how asparagus plot looks like in the Summer, here you go... The plants are growing strong, feeding the rhizomes so that we get plenty of healthy spears in the next Spring!

Summer veggies are popping off at Eaters Acres — small plot, BIG harvest.
Our ¼‑acre market garden is packed tight with 700 ft of tomatoes, 150 ft of peppers, plus eggplants, basil, cabbage, squash, melons, and more. All grown naturally, all grown for our community.

The Station has plenty of yummy treats to cool you off and keep you going through this very hot 250th birthday celebration.
We love when we can let the ladies out to roam, which is usually at least a few hours of every day. It's especially helpful when Hilda agrees to be on guard duty, so we worry a little less about potential predators coming too close.
