Wildlife on the job site—one of the many things we love about building on Whidbey Island. 🦉
The sauna is complete. Wrapped in cedar on every surface, this space was crafted to create a relaxing and restorative retreat. We love how the rich cedar grain, subtle aroma, and clean detailing come together to create this calming space.

This custom 2,300-gallon koi pond is one of those projects where thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and quality materials all came together.
Built by JADE Craftsman Builders, the pond features beautiful natural stone masonry by Black Rock Masonry, using locally sourced stone from K2 Stone. The project was designed in collaboration with Tap Root Architects LLC, with every detail carefully considered to complement the home and its surroundings.
We’re proud of how this project came together and grateful to work alongside talented partners to bring our clients’ vision to life.
We’ve been busy as two big projects are wrapping up including this . The summer season is an exciting time for custom homes! More to come soon on the koi pond and sauna!
