🌱 We’re doing it again! Our Second Community Plant Swap! 🌱
Hanson's Garden Center and I are so excited to team up for round two!
If you've got extra cuttings, props, or healthy green friends ready for a new home, come join us. Check all the details above, and don't forget to grab a raffle ticket when you arrive for a chance to win some fun plant goodies!

It’s official—I’ve finally made the jump to beneficial pests! 🌱 I’ve been planning to do this forever, but I kept falling back into the exhausting cycle of spraying every 4 days instead. Honestly, it just became too much to keep up with.

My tiny army has officially been ordered, and now we play the waiting game. A huge thank you to Evergreen Growers Supply for getting them sorted! Let the biological warfare begin. 🐛💚

There’s a big debate in the houseplant world about whether to let your Alocasia flower or to cut the blooms off as soon as they appear.
I know it can be tempting to snip them to save the plant's energy for new leaves, but in my experience... I say let them bloom! 💚

Alocasia flowers are a sign that your plant is incredibly happy and mature enough to complete its full life cycle in your care. While the plant might pause on producing new leaves for a little bit, the bloom itself is a beautiful reward and a natural part of the plant's maturity. They are delicate, unique, and fascinating to watch as they open up.

In fact, I have gotten some of the absolute best, largest, and most stunning leaves after letting them flower! It’s like they come back stronger than ever once the bloom is done.

If you are looking to add a gorgeous Alocasia to your own collection, just shoot me a message—I'd love to help you find one!

Don’t be afraid to let your plant show off its stuff. It's a sign of a job well done! 💪
