Quiring General

Quiring was honored to join and Table Mountain Rancheria for the groundbreaking of the new Table Mountain Rancheria Play Experience at Children’s Hospital. 💙

Hearing from the physicians and leaders who helped bring this project to life reinforced that this is more than a playground—it’s a space where kids can be kids, spend time with their loved ones, and experience moments of play and connection alongside their specialty care. 🩺

We’re grateful to be part of bringing this meaningful space to life for Valley Children’s patients and families. 🛝

Quiring is officially Great Place To Work Certified! 🎉

This recognition is based on feedback from our team. To give everyone a private way to share their experiences honestly, we participated in a confidential survey independently administered by Great Place To Work®. 💬

The result? 89% of our team members who responded said Quiring is a great place to work! 🌟 We are extremely proud of this achievement, especially when compared to a 57% national average. 🔹

Being a great place to work goes beyond how Quiring is led. The people who work here make a difference through the personalities they bring each day, the ways they look out for one another, and the relationships they build. We have them to thank for helping make Quiring a place people enjoy being part of, and we’re grateful for their honest feedback as we keep improving together. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️🤝

The Quiring team was thrilled to participate in another volunteer opportunity with the Central California Food Bank this year! 🤝

Together, our team helped sort and package bell peppers that will be distributed through programs serving communities throughout the Central Valley. 🫑 For us, donating our time and effort is a reminder of how we can contribute to our community beyond construction work. 🦺

Quiring’s internal Town Hall brings our team members from across project sites together in one place to hear what’s happening within Quiring, what’s ahead for us and to celebrate the people reaching new milestones along the way. 👏 We always enjoy the opportunity to bring everyone together and build the camaraderie that makes working alongside one another even better. 🏗️

Joining Fresno State for the ribbon-cutting of its new student housing was a meaningful opportunity to hear how the building will support students in a new way. With unique amenities and family housing units, the project gives more students a place to feel at home while pursuing their education. We’re grateful for the relationships built throughout the project and for the opportunity to help bring this new chapter of student housing to campus.🎓

Quiring is proud to share the completion of the Donald E. Gumz Enology Building, a 3,600 SF tenant improvement within an existing one-story facility on the Fresno State campus. 🍇

The project supports Fresno State’s viticulture and agricultural programs with modernized research and preparation environments designed to support w**e and brewing research. 🔬

Key features & upgrades:

🔹 Former press room and w**e cellar converted into dedicated research areas
🔹 Two lab preparation areas and a locker room
🔹 Rebuilt cold box and cold room with new insulated enclosures and refrigeration systems
🔹 Upgrades to the building structure, roof, utility infrastructure, HVAC, and fire/life-safety systems

Thank you to Fresno State, our trade partners, collaborators, and the entire Quiring team for helping bring this project to completion. 🏗️

We’d like to congratulate Dereck Molina on his promotion to Foreman! 🎉

Since joining Quiring, Nick has made a meaningful impact on how we approach risk across the company. His leadership, collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement have strengthened our processes and made him a trusted resource for teams throughout Quiring.🤝

We’re grateful for Nick’s contributions and excited to celebrate this well-earned next step in his career.
